1-2-1 Coaching

For those wanting to optimise their training or accelerate their progress, all of our plans are fully bespoke and built around your goals, lifestyle and unique fitness profile. We offer high levels of coach contact with regular catchup calls and plan adjustments, as well as in-person coaching to develop your technique and efficiency. Monthly Updates
£79pcm

A bespoke plan built around your goals and lifestyle. Includes:

  • Monthly 30min coach catchup video call;

  • Advice on training, equipment, nutrition, race-plans etc;

  • Trainingpeaks Premium subscription included;

  • Calendar of training sessions updated/adapted monthly;

  • Constant (7day) coach support via whatsapp or text;

  • Access to weekly squad track run session.

Weekly Updates
£99pcm

A bespoke training plan built around your goals and lifestyle. Includes:

  • Weekly 30min coach catchup video call;

  • Advice on training, equipment, nutrition, race-plans etc;

  • Trainingpeaks Premium subscription;

  • Calendar of training sessions updated/adapted weekly;

  • Constant (7day) coach support via whatsapp or text;

  • Access to 2 in-person club swim sessions every 6 months;

  • Access to weekly squad track run session.

In-person 1-2-1 sessions

1-2-1 in-person sessions are typically aimed at technique/skill development. For group sessions check out ΔTRIclub

  • Run,Bike or Transition - £50 per hour;

  • Pool swim - £70 per 1hour session, or 3 sessions for £200 (incl. lane hire at Basingstoke Aquadrome);

  • Specialist one-off consultations can also be arranged on anything from nutrition planning to performance testing - please get in touch for specific requests and pricing.​
